      What credit cards do you accept?

      We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover (Novus) credit cards.

      Do you accept checks or money orders?

      No. At this time we only accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover (Novus) credit cards.

      Can you ship to a P.O. (Post Office) box?

      No. We use United Parcel Service (UPS) and DHL Worldwide Express to ship the water conditioners to you. They only ship to street addresses, not to post office boxes.

      I live outside the U.S. Can I purchase your water conditioners?

      Absolutely! We can ship to almost any country in the world. When you fill out the Secure Web Order Form (to order directly from this World Wide Web site) or the Fax Order Form, select your country from the "pull-down menu." We will calculate the appropriate shipping charge based on the equipment you order and where it is to be shipped. We display this charge to you before you give your final approval for your order. You will always know exactly what your shipping cost will be before you give final authorization for your order.

      Is it safe to enter my credit card number on the Secure Web Order Form?

      Yes. We use a "secure server" to protect the confidentiality of your credit-card information when you use the Web Order Form. (This server uses the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol to provide the encryption and security for this site.)

      Your browser program (e.g. Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Internet Explorer, etc.) "encrypts" (i.e. encodes) all information you supply on the order form before it sends it to our secure server, where it is decoded for our use in processing your order. Even in the unlikely event that someone intercepted the transmission from you to our Web site, they would be unable to decode your credit-card information. It would remain only meaningless garbage to them.

      I'm having problems with your Secure Web Order Form. How can I order my water conditioners?

      Some people access the Web from behind a company "firewall." This can sometimes interfere with accessing any "secure" Web site. (Your network administrator can fix this by "opening up port 443 for Secure HTTP.") (Additionally, some older browser programs have difficulty accessing secure Web sites.) In this case, please use our Fax Order Form.

      How do I use the Secure Web Order Form?

      (1) Click here to go to the Secure Web Order Form.
      (2) Fill out the quantity of each product you want to purchase.
      (3) Fill out the remaining required information.
      (4) Press the "Prepare order for my approval" button.

      You will then be presented with a new page on which the shipping cost, tax (for California residents only), and total cost have been computed.

      (5) Check over this page carefully to insure that all of your information is correct.

      (6a) If you want to change any information, press your browser's "Back" button to return to the order form. Then make any necessary modifications to the form and press the "Prepare for my approval" button [i.e. return to step (4) above].
      (6b) If everything is OK, click the "Submit Order" button. Then we'll put your water-conditioning equipment on its way to you! You will see a new page acknowledging your order. Additionally, we will immediately send you an email message repeating your order information. You might want to print out this final Web-page screen and/or the email message you receive to provide a written record of your order.
      (6c) If you decide you do not want to order at this time, just press your browser's "Back" button several times or do anything else other than press the "Submit Order" button.

      How do I use the Fax Order Form?

      (1) Click here to go to the Fax Order Form.
      (2) Fill out the quantity of each product you want to purchase.
      (3) Fill out the remaining required information, including the type of credit card (for example, "MasterCard") and the expiration date, but do not enter the credit-card number at this time.
      (4) Press the "Prepare fax order for my approval" button.

      You will then be presented with a new page on which the shipping cost, tax (for California residents only), and total cost have been computer.

      (5) Check over this page carefully to insure that all of your information is correct.

      (6a) If you want to change any information, press your browser's "Back" button to return to the order form. Then make any necessary modifications to the form and press the "Prepare fax order for my approval" button [i.e. return to step (4) above].
      (6b) If everything is OK, click the "Present My Fax Order for Printing" button.
      You will see a new screen displaying all the information concerning your order. We will also immediately send you an email message echoing this information.

      (7) Print this screen or the email message you receive.

      (8) Write in by hand your credit-card number.

      (9) Finally, fax this printed page to (800)480-7483 (tollfree from within the US), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

      Note: Your order will not be complete until we receive your faxed order.

      What information do I need to order?

      You need (1) exactly what equipment you want to order, (2) your shipping address (we cannot ship to post office boxes), and (3) your credit-card information (including the name of the person to whom the card is issued, the type of card, the card number, and the expiration year and month).

      Will my browser program work with the Secure Web Order Form?

      Probably. All recent versions of Netscape's Navigator and Communicator and all versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer support the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol that provides the encryption and security for this site.

      You might have problems if you are accessing the Internet and World Wide Web from a company network that is behind a high-security "firewall." (Your network administrator can fix this by "opening up port 443 for Secure HTTP.")

      If you have problems accessing the secure order form, please use the Fax Order Form instead.

      How much will shipping cost?

      Your shipping cost will depend on (1) how many water-conditioning units you order and (2) where they will be shipped to. We will calculate the appropriate shipping charge and display this charge to you before you give your final approval for your order. You will always know exactly what your shipping cost will be before you give final authorization for your order.
